Job Duties: a. Develop new customers, maintain an upgrade company client relationship; b. Promote existing and new products into the market in line with the businesses; c. Coordinate with air and ocean operation departments for the daily operation issues such as cargo status tracing, POD request and tracing etc d. Work with Operations and CSR departments to optimize all ocean & air freight activities in adherence to Dachser’s policies & procedures. e. Develop, implement and communicate freight or logistics plans internally and present to the customers as appropriate. f. Achieve monthly/quarterly GP target, sales visits target and sales leads target as required by management Experience & Qualifications Requirement: - Minimum college diploma, prefer university degree - Minimum 3- 5 Years experience in international Forwarding Sales (Sea & Airfreight) - Be familiar with all aspects of market knowledge, such as key commodities, key Customers, market share and key competitors. - Good understanding of South China Sea & Airfreight Handling Procedures and Market & Rates - Fluency in written and verbal English & Mandarin. - Fluency in Microsoft Office work processing applications, powerpoint presentable preferred. - Team player and Loyal to the company - Self-motivated, capable of handling multiple tasks. - Excellent organizing, planning skills and interpersonal and communication skill.
