Required Qualifications - Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules incl. reporting and managing incidents and near misses - Manage warehouse daily operation and processes performance according to SPS / SIM rules incl. service level, quality, environment, process lead time, andon response, maintenance & ensures productivity goals reached - Ensure inventory accuracy & correction operations realized with permanent alignment between operations & inventory (SAP data & physical situation), deploy & implement SC Planning guidelines for inventory management - Lead the SIM loop 2 with appropriated indicators & action plan and ensure the compliance with SPS of the SIM 1 - Optimize MPH (Material Providing and Handling) programs according to customer priorities in the ad-hoc systems (LDS, DISS etc.) - Optimize daily / weekly balance workload / resources (internal, external storage and freight capacities) - Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with th Required Qualifications - Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Engineering and/or relevant supply chain qualification - Minimum 5 years working experience in managing processes & teams associated with planning, directing, and monitoring all warehouse activities in manufacturing sites - Warehouse site management with knowledge of lean production management, Inventory Management - Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Familiar with SAP WM module, Good written and spoken English, Strong problem solving and management skills, Proficient in MS Office, Data automation and digital visualization skills preferrable
