1、Lead the analysis and treatment of quality abnormalities in the production process, and organise process continuous improvement activities;
2、Create and optimise PFMEA, ***, defect library and confirm the correctness of WI;
3、Statistical workshop quality data and prepare weekly and monthly reports;
4、Carry out MSA analysis on workshop equipment and participate in the certification of new equipment;
5、Execute *** part inspection, annual audit and internal system audit of workshop production line;
6、Lead the surveillance test and derogation application management of products;
7、Processing customer complaints and customer inquiries;
8、Construct the quality culture of the workshop and carry out related quality activities;


Qualification:
1、More than 3 years of quality management experience in a product manufacturing company;
2、Be proficient in application of PFMEA, 8D, 5why, MSA, SPC and other quality tools;
3、Certified ISO9001 auditor, able to conduct ISO9001 certification and management review;
4、Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, able to prepare improvement reports according to DMAIC logic;
5、Good communication and execution skills;
6、Good report writing and presentation skills;
7、Good speaking, listening, reading and writing in English;
8、Mechanical or electrical major, master degree is preferred;
