Job Summary:
Test Engineer in test engineering department is a position mainly in charge of new product test program and hardware development.
Essential Functions:
? New product test plan setup –TDR
? New product test SW&HW development
? Characterization (FTEC)
? New product final test setup
? EFA (support RMA case)
? Support PE for low yield and EQC fail case
? Support PE for testing productivity optimization and UPH improvement
? Support R&D for ESD/LU sample test
? Support QRE for HTOL/Package qual sample test
? Support TE for MCU program development
Qualifications:
1. Electrical/electronic engineering background
2. 1+ year’s Similar Semiconductor Experience
3. Strong technical knowledge, especially in electronic circuits
4. Good at MCU program development
5. Familiar with IC’s electric specifications and characterization
5. Good spatial and analytical skills
6. Good at English (read and write)
