What you’ll do Executes complaint resolution process for escalated complex complaints on product level Leads cross functional problem solving teams using 8D methodology and assures corrective and preventive actions Analyzes product performance in the field and proposes improvement programs to assure targets are met Analyses external CoNQ and proposes improvement programs to assure targets are met. Drive feedback loops towards I2M: Assure lessons learned are defined & embedded with new product launches Drives communication protocols towards all stakeholders related to product performance Lead quality improvement projects within the business or manufacturing site Your qualifications Bachelor degree above of electronics with 3-5years working experience, hands on for product failure analysis Good written and oral communication in English Familiar with 8D and other quality tools
