岗位职责: 1、客户日常需求跟进,并结合内部作业流程进行日常订单操作及监控完成进度; Follow up the daily needs of customers, conduct daily order operation and monitor the completion progress according to the internal operation process; 2、为客户提供海外仓收货、库存、出库、问题件处理(如丢失,破损,延误,文件错误等)等日常订单操作; Deal with overseas warehouse receipt, inventory, delivery, problem processing (such as loss, damage, delay, document errors, etc.) and other daily order operations; 3、负责海外仓库的库存数据核对,确保库存信息的准确性。 Responsible for overseas warehouse inventory data check, to ensure the accuracy of inventory information. 4、衔接客户与海外仓库操作人员等相关方的信息转达,对内外输送优质高效的操作指令,确保信息传达到位,推进工作顺利开展。 Convey information from customers and overseas warehouse operators and other relevant parties, internal and external delivery of high-quality and efficient operation instructions, to ensure that the information is communicated in place, to promote the smooth development of the work. 5、收集和整理各种单证,如送货单、订单、提单等,并完成对这些单据的处理,包括基础数据录入和归档; Collect and sort out various documents, such as delivery notes, orders, bills of lading, etc., and complete the processing of these documents, including basic data entry and archiving; 7、负责客户咨询或问题的跟进处理,保持有效沟通,快速有效解决客户的咨询或问题; Responsible for the follow-up of customer consultation or problems, maintain effective communication, quickly and effectively solve customer consultation or problems; 8、负责录入应收应付费用,并安排相关的财务事宜。 Responsible for recording receivables and payables, and arranging related financial matters. 任职要求: 1、大专及以上学历,交通物流/贸易/英语等相关专业优先,有英语四级优先考虑; College degree or above, major in transportation logistics/trade/English is preferred, CET-4 is preferred; 2、有2年以上OP操作或客服工作经验,有电商物流、国际贸易、国际物流或海外仓储相关业务操作或客服工作经验优先; More than 2 years of OP operation or customer service work experience, e-commerce logistics, international trade, international logistics or overseas warehousing related business operation or customer service experience is preferred; 3、英语良好,口语、阅读、书写等能力熟练; Good English, oral, reading, writing and other skills; 4、有以客户为中心的意识,富有责任心,工作积极主动,具有信息整合能力,学习能力佳; Customer-centric consciousness, full of responsibility, work actively, with information integration ability, good learning ability; 5、细心、周到、思维敏捷,有较强的沟通与组织协调能力有良好的执行力和团队合作精神; Careful, thoughtful, quick thinking, strong communication and organization and coordination ability, good executive ability and team spirit; 6、具较强的抗压能力和协调及解决问题的能力 Strong ability to work under pressure and coordinate and solve problems
