Your responsibilities

* Manages the allocated Emergency Linghting R&D project teams and defines
with key stakeholders the scope of work,cost / budget, resources required ,
time schedule and detailed work allocation.
* Motivates and leads internal and/or external resources to accomplish all
tasks and milestones.
* Monitors and controls project cost and financials and reports deviations.
* Ensures project results are transferred to relevant line organization or
department responsible.
* Uses own technical domain knowledge to provide technical support to
colleagues or other functional teams.
* Serves as key contact for project stakeholders and effectively communicates
appropriate information to in timely manner
* to achieve desired understanding and support.
* Ensures project follows sound methodology and execution practices in
accordance with standard ABB internal directives
* and procedures.
* Ensures projects follow external standards etc. that influence activities
and targets.
* Identifies, contains and reduces risk and makes sure that they are properly
prioritized, managed and communicated.
Your background

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or project management
engineering.
* 8 years+ work experience of project management.
* Project management experience proved by certificate of worldwide company or
PMI is preferred.
* Proactive, team-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under
pressure and excellent at communication and coordination.
* Chinese as mother tongue, very good English (fluently).
