Key highlights of the role include: Assisting the PD team in resolving workmanship issues and finding solutions. Working closely with the PD team to conduct bulk SMS trips (presumably referring to a specific quality control or inspection process) to ensure the quality of bulk SMS meets standards. Reviewing bulk samples and identifying potential workmanship issues ahead of time, then communicating with suppliers to prevent them from occurring in bulk production. Issuing accurate bulk specifications to suppliers and ensuring that all amendments from the launch document have been incorporated. This includes checking and approving production samples and comparing them to the SMS to ensure consistency, especially in terms of fur and fabric color. Approving local trims and accessories and comparing them to approved bulk fabric submitted by suppliers, while maintaining accurate records. Ensuring that factory standards adhere to Dare2b's ethical standards through training and monitoring. Reporting on supplier performance and any special situations to the manager promptly, as well as updating the manager on workload and any problems encountered on a weekly basis.
