Sales Supporting, Project planning and controlling 1. Supporting the sales department in the preparation of IGA offers in technical and economic aspects. Primary technical advice and support during customer visits or internal questions regarding customer specifications, as well as conducting international correspondence with customers, construction sites or suppliers.
2. Supporting the customer, e.g. within the scope of kickoff, customer visits, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
3. Maintain and update guidelines for quotation drawings, container calculation tool and technical container description for IGA quotations.
4. Responsible for bidding support and project engineering for control and protection systems for IGA projects Engineering design.
5. Creating and maintaining the IGA product portfolio overview. Internal clarification of project-specific technology requirements together with sales, primary and secondary engineering, product management as well as using component-specific tools.
6. Establishment and coordination of cooperation with international IMP engineering centers for the assignment and coordination of subtasks to international project teams (e.g. preparation of drawings or scaffolding engineering) .
7. Carrying out kick-off meetings with sales and project management with the aim of clarifying technical orders. The main focus is on the feasibility of the customer's needs and their specification as well as the elaboration of deviations and special requirements and the estimation of their additional expenditure (costs and time). Clarification of the interfaces to the customer (building, earthing and HV interfaces).
8. Taking over and managing optimization tasks in your own specialized area up to the final implementation including documentation and presentation. Furthermore, introduction and evaluation of suitable KPI's for an aligned pursuit of objectives in daily business. Implementation and optimization of tools such as capacity planning, time tracking or the ticket tool.
9. Creation and updating of the Technical Specifications Sheet (TRS), optimization of the container layout and its equipment.
10. Development and implementation of optimized IGA engineering processes and tools.
11. Support of the global product management in the investigation of various market requirements with regard to the elaboration of market requirements and corresponding adaptation of the IGA portfolio: special applications, plant layouts, modularization concepts etc.
12. Development of standardization proposals, product improvements, product catalogue, support market analysis, support creation of product catalogue incl. maintenance (customer adaptation) under consideration of cost aspects / economic efficiency.
The Requirements & Qualifications 岗位任职要求
1. Education/Studies: Degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics;
2.With experience in switchgear or related company, or the background of power system, high voltage area etc.
3. Specific professional experience: 3 - 5 years of professional experience in GIS with customer reference & project design/electrical system (e.g. sales, project management, Engineer ing design). Experience in system design in the power design institute is preferred.
