Job Descriptions: Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Assist in product development with factory mills. Maintain up to date mill history and capability. Build and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers’ current and future business needs. Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process. Monitor the shipment and logistic. Work closely with the colleagues in different locations on quotation and follow-up. Merchandising, Production Control and Order follow-up. Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements: Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Merchandising Area. Good experienced on Footwear area and EU discounters Market. Strong product knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process. Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded. Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties. Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines. Literate in Microsoft office programs.
