Your responsibilities:
* You will involve in project scheduling based on customer orders to ensure on-time delivery, considering available capacities and material availability.
* You will monitor the key milestone of the project and drive the problem-solving to ensure the project can be delivered on schedule.
* You will be responsible for detailing production plan to ensure material is ready before production to support the project schedule.
* You will be working with purchasing/buyer to ensure that raw materials are available to support the detailed production plan.
* You will be reviewing production capacity, performing capacity analysis and adjusting production schedules to balance loading.
* You will collect and evaluate KPIs related to completion of planning, result oriented thinking and well communication, make good result happen.

Your background:
* You hold bachelor’s degree or above.
* 5 years of working experience in planning, project management, etc.
* Strong organization and communication.
* Good hands-on Microsoft Office, SAP.
* Strong leadership and ownership are required.
* Fluent oral and writing communication skill in English.
