角色定位:
执行协调为主，辅助supply chain designer，对接研发/供应商/工厂等，收集确认产品的物料参数信息，比如最小包装，包装数量等。创建并输出must data，文件输出以excel为主。
物料类型:
金属件为主。
招聘要求：
1. 本科，2Y左右相关工作经验，有上游供应链和供应商对接经验，能够推动供应商按照施耐德的要求输出信息。
2． 重点：年轻，性格好，聪明灵活，抗压能力强，学习和适应力强，主动积极，不要玻璃心 （经理是比较强势的类型，做事不动脑子/容易玻璃心/没有自驱力的人选不合适）。
3． 行业背景：***有工厂背景经验，制造业。
4．英语：读写熟练，口语能日常沟通。

Responsibility：
83 MPH aligned with IND- Squad, performing bridge between Supplier and IPE to get benefit solution on definition of parts, to fulfill production requirement。
83 Logistics parameter aligned with SC-Plant; working with SC plant to negotiate and aligned on critical parameter especially on MOQ, LT, SS etc.
83 LTC sign off with Supplier-after settle-down Logistic parameter, sign with and verifying documents in functioning properly
83 Data Cross: check among SAP parameters, LTC, MPH and warehouse PKMC, make sure the insight and surface data at 100% concordant avoid any unmatched cases.

Qualification：
83 2+ years upstream experience in supplier chain, experience in Plant is preferred
83 Fluency in English reading & Writing, Oral will be Plus。
83 Perficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), familiar with ERP logic, enable to use SAP T-code on stock, purchasing list checking.
83 good communication and relationship-building skill, be proactive and able to work independently. Good at learning and careful consideration.
83 willingness to travel (visit supplier mainly locate in Fujian province, if necessary, 5%-10%)
