Job Description
1. Manage ocean operation team for the day-to-day work within the team and ensure the timely and proactive communication with customers and other related parties

2. Ensure the daily excellent service provided

3. Have a detailed knowledge of each customer requirement and SOP, ensure operation is conducted in accordance with the SOP

4. Be able to manage the data input quality in Cargo Wise system
能够管理Cargo Wise系统数据输入质量
5. Timely communicate and maintain good relationship with destination client owner
与目标客户及时沟通并保持良好的关系
6. Have and keep proper knowledge of local market conditions
掌握并保持对当地市场情况了解
7.Encourage and ensure excellent communication with other teams

Job requirement
1. Junior college in logistics and Business Administration or related
物流或工商管理或相关专业大专以上学历
2. minimum 2 years above ocean operation experience in Freight Forwarding, American route preferred.
至少2年以上海运货运代理经验，美线优先。
3. Good teamwork ability, able to work under pressure;
良好的团队协作能力，能承受一定的工作压力。
4. Proficient in office software, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.
熟练使用办公软件，英语听说读写流利者优先。
