岗位职责： 1. Developing and creating of innovative solutions for new automated industrial vehicle product, concepts and functions. Make sure it deliver on time on quality on cost. 致力于开发和创新自动化工业车辆的解决方案、概念及功能，并确保产品能够按时、按质、按预算完成交付。 2. Conduct technical evaluations, develop a reliable and reasonable product development plan. 进行技术评估，制定可靠且合理的产品开发计划。 3. Conduct product requirement analysis, feasibility studies, solution design, testing; write technical requirement document, solution document and product specifications. Make sure those documents are reviewed and approved. 进行产品需求分析、可行性研究、解决方案设计和测试；编写技术需求文档、解决方案文档及产品规格书，并确保这些文档经过审查并获得批准。 4. Installation, Dimensioning and Commissioning of mechanical prototypes, product and components (chassis, cinematics for driving and load handling) 负责机械原型、产品及组件（包括底盘、驱动和载荷处理的运动学）的安装、尺寸确定和调试工作。 5. Maintain existing products and continuously develop new features and cost down. 维护现有产品，并持续开发新功能，同时致力于降低成本。 6. Customer-oriented, focus on competitors, focus on industry trends, and continue to innovate in product development. 以客户为中心，关注竞争对手和行业趋势，不断在产品开发中寻求创新。 7. Other activities which meet the overall requirement of technology and product roadmap. 执行其他符合技术和产品发展路线图总体要求的相关活动。 8. Develop customer option projects. 开发客户定制项目。 9. Technical support for factory. Make sure product is produce smoothly and efficient. 提供工厂技术支持，确保产品生产过程顺畅且高效。
