1. 负责产品机加工工序的工艺规划与设计，根据产品的设计要求，制定合理的机加工工艺流程，包括加工方法、加工顺序、刀具选择、CNC程序编写、参数设定等。

2. 工艺文件编制，编写作业指导书等工艺文件并发行。
Prepares related documents, creates and publishes SOP to shop floor.
3. 负责指定车间内的设备维修和维护；
Be responsible for equipment service and maintenance to recover production in case needed;
4. 机加工设备选型：根据业务需求和产品特点选择合适的设备并主导导入和安装调试；
Selection of machining equipment: Select suitable equipment based on demands and product requirements, leads machine introduction, installation and commissioning.
5. 持续改善，为提高生产效率，降低生产成本，根据业务导入标准或非标设备，优化治具设计。
Continuous improvement. introduces standard or customized machines for productivity improvement and cost saving, and fixture/jigs optimization.

任职资格:
Qualifications:
1. 机械制造相关专业，大专及以上学历；具有5年以上机加工技术经验；
Majored in mechanical manufacturing or related, college or above; More than 5 years of experience in machining technology;
2. 熟悉机械原理，精通各种机加工设备和工艺；
Familiar with mechanical principles, proficient in various machining equipment and processes;
3. 熟悉各种金属材料性能，熟悉各类标准件应用和选型，如气缸、滚珠丝杆、齿轮齿条、线性导轨、轴承、联轴器等；
Familiar with the properties of various metal materials, familiar with the application and selection of various standard components, such as cylinders, ball screws, gears and racks, linear guides, bearings, couplings, etc;
4. 熟练使用AutoCAD 和常用办公软件;
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT)
5. 具备英文读写能力.
