Research and develop advanced electronic product technologies and tools applicable to the manufacture process. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacture technology.
Design and implement manufacture process for global manufacturing sites that produce LED bulbs, Lighting luminaires and LED drivers. Enable those process solution to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Build the process development roadmap and propose design concepts that match the product roadmap.
Lead the design rule for manufacture process and align on global standardizations.

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

Everything we’ll do for you
A bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electronics engineering, or other related fields.
At least 8 - 10 years of experience in process engineering in the electronics industry, preferably in the lighting industry.
Candidates with SMT, wave soldering and final assembly application capabilities/experience are preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Be able to work cross-functionally and guide discussions to ensure final consensus.
