- In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

- You will be mainly accountable for:
- 61 Ensures all staff (under scope) understand ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and act accordingly.
- 61 Accountable for the health and safety of all employees and contractors for the teams in scope, and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and integrity performance
- 61 Oversees team’s electrical design activities with excellent quality and efficiency.
- 61 Conducts regular progress reviews and identifies and manages technical risks for the team.
- 61 Continuously seek for optimized overall technical solution offering for customers with risk and time impacts under control. Lead the regional technical solution standardization and customer influence.
- 61 Supervises project execution and performance management through project reviews with the management and Project Managers to ensure contract fulfillment.
- 61 Takes an active role in resolving escalated issues, especially those raised by the customer.
- 61 Ensures that projects consistently apply contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements.
- 61 Guide and motivate team to achieve business objectives.
- 61 Talent development, conduct the competence development program within the team.


- 61 Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering field
- 61 Over 5 years in electrical engineering and project management for MV switchgear, with people management experience preferred.
- 61 Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
- 61 Communication/coordination skills cross function/departments in both Chinese and English
- 61 Strong Leadership capability. Ability to motive and develop people
- 61 Result-orientated and very responsible
- 61 Strong ability to solve conflicts
