- Your role and responsibilities
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to create products, systems, services, or technologies for ABB07s business units.
- Each day, you will lead and facilitate the execution of one or more Research and Development (R&D) sub-projects of limited complexity. You will also showcase your expertise by achieving associated milestones, targets, and desired outcomes.
- 1.As project manager, lead R&D project team and manage project process smoothly according to plan, within budget and delivery on time
- 2. Cooperate with other departments and other TCs and LBU/GPGs in order to finish project on time and target
- 3.Participate MV switchgear R&D work according to project requirement, including mechanical components and electrical components 3D and 2D design, prepare related project document.
- 4. Lead or conduct related analysis and simulation during product development, experiences of quality tools (such as DFM/A, FMEA, TRIZ) and mechanical and electrical simulations.
- 5.Guide or participate prototype manufacturing and type tests.
- 6. Be responsible for problem analysis and solving of product technical related issues, providing technical support.


- Qualifications for the role
- 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 5 years’ experience in power products (Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, High voltage, apparatus),
- 2.Rich knowledge of power system, medium voltage switchgear and relevant IEC/GB/DL standards
- 3.Well know MS office tools, SolidWorks, Auto-CAD and simulation tool and other related,
- 4.Familiar with manufacture processes of various parts
- 5.Be good at oral and written English
- 6.Good communication and presentation skills
- 7.Teamwork spirit and be able to adapt to cross-cultural working environment, to take responsibility and pressure.
- 8.Agile thinking, with innovative spirit and consciousness.
