岗位职责：
1. Deeply involved in R&D early concept phase and provide the quick cost estimation/calculation to support for concept evaluation and decisions
2. Development of production concepts calculation models，taking into account suitable machines, devices and tools
3. Providing technical manufacturing advice to design engineers for in-house production and purchased parts in all phases of the development process
4. Analysing offers and cost break downs from suppliers and proposing optimisation measures
5. Technical discussions with potential suppliers & supporting Purchasing for price negotiations if necessary
6. Supplier workshops with value stream analysis and detailed technological discussion
7. Further development of cycle time calculators and IT tools for various production technologies
8. Identify cost reduction opportunities for yearly cost down strategy
9. Target cost suggestions for the components /projects required

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，8年及以上工作经验
2. 熟悉电子电气相关的成本计算
3. 熟悉钣金，焊接，注塑等零件的生产制造工艺
4. 熟悉工业车辆设计原理及开发流程
5. 英语听说读写熟练，可以作为工作语言，沟通表达能力强
6. 有成本项目管理(跨国团队)经验尤佳。
