1. 有新建仓储运营体系经验
2. 熟悉美国国内货运及国际海运承运网络
3. 第三方物流（3PL）服务商开发与管理经验

出差要求
1. 能接受***10%的国际出差

语言能力
1. 具备英语工作沟通能力，大学英语六级（CET-6）优先

Job Function

Position Responsibilities
1. Perform logistics analysis, supply chain optimization to support sales and marketing objectives.
2. Track KPIs, report on results and corrective actions.
3. Review and develop guides and policies for logistic operation.

Experience Required
1. 3 to 5 years of logistics experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods).
2. Experience with daily warehouse operation management, including space management, shipping, receiving, equipment maintenance, and staff training.

Experience Preferred
1. Setup of new warehouse operation.
2. Familiar with U.S. domestic freight options and international ocean carrier networks.
3. Sourcing and management of third-party logistic (3PL) providers.

Education Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations

Travel
1. Able to travel internationally up to 10%.

Language
1. Working knowledge of English, CET 6 preferred
