Role Purpose Statement

This role’s aim is to facilitate the operational management of the pilot plant and 200kg refinery production line, ensuring the efficiency, safety, and quality of equipment and operation, as well as supporting the smooth progress of scientific research and production. Produce products to provide support for customers. Collaborate with the PD team in product development, offer technical support to the production line, troubleshoot issues, and promote the continuous development of business.

Main Accountabilities

1. Be responsible for the operation management of the 200kg refinery production line, confirm the product requirements of the customer, conduct sample formulation testing and production, and ensure to provide products for customers in a timely manner.

2. Be responsible for the operation and management of all equipment, ensuring proper functioning. Proficient in operating the equipment and providing training and guidance to operators on equipment operation, such as oil blending, CIE, refining, and texturizing.

2. 负责所有设备的运行和管理，确保其正常运行。精通设备操作，并为操作员提供设备操作方面的培训和指导，例如油品混合、CIE、精炼和质构化。

3. Assist in research and development projects, being responsible for planning and conducting experiments, including new product development, product formulation development, and improvement of oil processing technology, ensure smooth progress of research experiments.

3. 协助研发项目，负责实验的计划和执行，包括新产品开发、产品配方开发和油加工技术的改进，确保研究实验的顺利进行。

4. Complete the analysis of research experimental data on time and provide project reports.

5. Technically support the production team in resolving formula and process-related issues, cooperate in conducting process testing on the production line.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or other relevant fields. Minimum 1 year of working experience in the edible fats field with good knowledge of the oils and fats industry.
