岗位职责：
Design the WH P31 product using agile methodologies to ensure it meets product specifications and regulatory requirements. Be capable of independently identifying and resolving technical issues.
以敏捷方式设计WH P31产品，确保其符合产品规格和法规要求，并能够独立识别和解决技术问题。
1. Design products/solutions in compliance with specifications and standards.
按照规格和标准设计产品/解决方案。
2. Follow through with prototype building and testing, addressing issues in an agile manner.
跟进原型制作和测试，并以敏捷方式解决问题。
3. Collaborate with suppliers to identify technical solutions, improve quality, and optimize costs.
与供应商合作，寻找技术解决方案，提升质量并优化成本。
4. Visit customers to enhance product performance and quality based on their feedback.
拜访客户，根据客户反馈改进产品性能和质量。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械相关专业；
2. 两年以上机械/结构设计经验；
3. 熟练使用Office办公软件，UG，Pro/E，solidworks或其他三维软件；
4. 英语CET4,读写熟练；
5. 具备较强的自我学习能力，一定的分析判断、计划与执行能力，沟通能力。
