Job Responsibilities: 1、 准确理解客户需求,及时响应客户需求 Fully understand client requirements and respond to client email in a timely manner.
2、 协调客户、工厂、检验人员之间的交流沟通,分析可能存在的风险点,将客户要求及时,准确传递给检验员, 确保检验按照客户的要求进行, Coordinate with clients, vendors and inspectors, and analysis the potential risk and shared client requirements to the inspector in a correct way. make sure the inspection is carried our as per client requirements.
3. 积极跟进了解项目进展情况,确保项目顺利完成,若检验过程中积极发现有价值的问题,重大问题(影响检验进展的),需及时向客户反馈, Strictly follow up and manage the project to make sure the project complete successfully, and report to client in first time if any NCR which effect the inspection.
4、 审核处理英文检验报告,有问题***时间向客户反馈; Review English reports, and report the issue to clients in time
5、 项目资料管理归档; Manage the inspection data files
6、 完成公司安排的其他工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by company
任职要求: Position Requirements 1、 良好的英文听说读写能力; Good English listening, speaking, reading & writing ability 2、 有项目管理或项目协调等相关工作经验会优先考虑; Work experience in project management or coordination is preferred 3、 熟练使用Office软件; Familiar with Office software 4、 工作认真,有团队合作精神和强烈的责任感; Hard-working, teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility 5、 具有较强的逻辑思维能力,学习能力与执行力; Strong logical thinking ability, learning ability and execution ability 6、 具有优秀的沟通协调能力与人际关系能力; Have excellent communication and coordination skills, and interpersonal relationship skills 7、 具有较强的抗压能力,善于处理突发应急事件的能力。 Strong ability to work under pressure, and capacity to respond to an emergency
