模拟IC设计工程师 【职责范围】 作为公司产品研发的核心人员,模拟IC设计工程师的职责包括: 1.开发处于业界领先地位的模拟及电源集成电路, 比如于LDO, 开关电源,负载开关等,参与产品从 定义,研发到量产的整个流程。 2.能够设计常用的模拟电路模块,使用基本的数字电路单元,完成整个产品的设计优化和仿真验证。 3.指导版图布局,合作设计产品封装,支持PCB制板及优化。 4.负责芯片的纠错和改版,协助应用和测试工程师顺利完成芯片的性能测试和量产测试。 【职位要求】 1.微电子、电路与系统等相关专业的硕士或以上学历。 2.熟悉电力电路、模拟电路,固态电子或半导体器件设计,掌握集成电路设计原理。 3.能独立设计常见模拟电路模块,如差分运放,带隙参考电压,比较器,振荡器等,熟练使用 Cadence/Virtusos/Spectre/Hspice等EDA仿真和验证工具。 4.了解BCD、BiCMOS工艺,包括版图设计流程并掌握相关版图设计知识和技巧。 5.有电源或模拟芯片设计经验者优先。 6.具有较强芯片的纠错和测试能力。 7.能与团队成员沟通合作按时完成工作。Analog IC Design Engineer [Job Description] As the key personals of the product development team, the Analog IC Design Engineers are responsible for: 1.Develop industry-leading analog and power management integrated circuits (IC), including but not limited to LDO, DC-DC converters, load switches. Take in charge of the cycle from product definition, design to volume production. 2.Design various analog and digital circuit blocks to build the complete product, run thorough simulations both at block level and top level to optimize the design and verify all functions. 3.Supervise layout floorplan and routing, co-design product package and pin-out, support PCB layout and optimization. 4.In charge of silicon debug and design revisions to realize final product, work with Application Engineers (AE) and Test Engineers (TE) to complete all the functional/performance tests and volume production tests. [Job Requirements] 1.MSEE or equivalent engineering degree 2.Good knowledge of power electronics systems and applications, especially DC-DC converters 3.Solid experience in analog circuit design and analysis, including bandgap, amplifier, comparator. Proficient in CAD tools for design, simulation, and layout (Cadence, Spice, etc.) 4.Familiar with CMOS/BiCMOS process and power devices, good understanding of layout techniques and special considerations. 5.Candidates with power IC design experience preferred 6.Good skills on bench characterizations and debug 7.Good Communication skills and teamwork
