Areas of Responsibilities:
主要职责
Maintain existing customers and develop new customers.
维护现有的客户/开发新客户
Evaluate customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services respond to more complex customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to assist the sales Executive to meet revenue targets.
评估顾客的需求;提供满足顾客要求的产品和服务;在职权范围内协商价格和交货时间,完成销售,并协助区域销售经理完成年度销售指标。
Make a clear travel plan, go deep into the local market, accurately grasp the development stage of each customer, and create customer needs.
制定明确的出差计划,深入当地的市场,准确把握各个客户的发展阶段,创造客户的需求。
Coordinate the technical support between customers, layout engineer and the technical department when needed
在顾客、售前支持和技术部门之间进行必要的技术协调。
Actively getting know with the status of equipment and timely feedback customers' feelings to leaders or the company.
积极了解客户设备的使用情况,及时向领导或者公司反馈客户使用感受。
Research, identify and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and build the business relationship
研究、确定和联系潜在的客户,并与其建立积极的关系。
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
及时的将销售导向,顾客反馈及市场竞争情况反映给公司相关部门以便回应市场变化和顾客需求。
Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
与主要顾客建立长期的销售业务往来;监测和适应销售市场变化以便达到销售目的
Establish quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plans, prioritize and schedule own activities so the targets can be met
建立季度、月和周销售计划;确立销售目标,安排销售活动

Candidate Profile: 要求
The ideal candidates will match this profile:应聘者要满足以下条件:
Degree holder. Engineering / Mechanical and Electrical background, or Commercial backgrounds with technical understanding is preferable.
本科及以上学历。机械或电气专业;拥有机械背景的管理专业者优先
Minimum 2 years sales experience with proven track record within the industrial
两年以上销售经验,并在所在行业中有良好地销售业绩
Experience from the washing industry is an advantage
有洗涤行业相关工作经历的将优先考虑
Strong performance and customer driven, be able to work independently and a good team player.
业绩突出,顾客至上,能够独立工作并且有效的融入团队
Integrity, royalty, responsible and professional attitudes
正直、诚实、有责任感并且有良好的职业操守
Comfortable at intensive travel schedule. (Travel time will be up to 60% of the working hours)
能够适应频繁的出差 (出差占工作时间的60%)
Advance English skills in both writing and spoken. Average computer skills and familiar with MS Office.
熟练的英语口语和读写能力;计算机水平中等;熟悉MS Office的使用。

Base in Xi'an : 常驻西安

Salary:薪资
The salary including: basic salary + sales commission (According to company regulations) + holiday allowance (According to company regulations) + year-end bonus (According to company regulations).
薪资分为:基本工资 + 销售额提成(根据公司规定)+ 节假日津贴(根据公司规定)+ 年终奖(根据公司规定)。
