1 Manage the warehouse works under the procedure, and optimize the procedure
according to current business growth demand
2 Take solid action plan for improving on the basis of cycle-counting and
annual stock-taking
3 Enhance the operation under safety condition
4 Lead team to support business succeeded.
5 Measures and analyzes warehousing performance (cost and？service) and
implement corrective actions.Manages projects to design and optimize
warehousing processes.
6 Hierarchical responsibilities with associated people management & budgetary
accountability. Strongly contributingtoleading continuous？improvement actions
for the site.
7 Control and manage logistics performance, which include, transportation
management and warehouse management.
8 Ensure the working process / methodology align with SPS and smart operation
in warehosue management
9 Take the lead to deploy the lean and digital tools and continuous
improvement for both warehouse and？ MPH
10Master SAP solution with potential participation on SAP deployment project
for their Domain
11Responsible for hierarchical management of operators or teams of？operators
(job codes LWB 1, 2 & 3) in a？Warehouse.
Qualifications:
l？ 5？years above of experience on Warehouse management
l？ English, fluent in oral and written
l？ SAP experience？
Communication, coordination and cooperation ability
