WB:
技术员职位描述：
在生产线工作5年以上，可以熟练操作半导体封装相关设备；
熟悉半导体封装相关流程，掌握设备保养与校准基本项目（线夹保养、EFO-wand保养、送线路径保养、indexer保养、bondforce校准、Rails height校准、EFO height校准、USG校准、十字线校准等）； 能够独立完成产品切换与调试，
按照生产流程规范作业； 熟悉设备电气线路与工作原理，能够处理设备异常报警及故障维修； 能够做好日常工作，配合工程师完成工艺技术验证与设备改造项目；
有：键合，塑封，切割等封装经验优先
任职要求：
学历大专及以上；
能适应每班12小时的工作
两班倒，每两个月换一次早晚班，上三休三，上四休四
能够适应动态多变的环境
良好的团队协作能力
遵守公司工作制度，能够适应生产倒班模式；
