工作目标 Objectives:
1. 配合上级组织员工达成生产相关指标；

工作任务 Tasks:
1. 以身作则，团结本班组人员同心协力，实现本班各项工作目标；
Take the lead, unite the team members to work together to achieve the objectives of the production line.
2. 树立“质量***”的观点，负责组织全班组人员按质、按量、按时完成计划下达的生产任务；
Set up the mindset of "quality first", be responsible for quality, quantity and schedule.
3. 根据生产需要，合理安排人员，公平、公正、严禁的进行考核；
According to production, reasonable work arrangement, and assessment for operators with fair, just and rigorous.
4. 安全生产，监督所有制度与工序标准的落实；
Production safety and monitoring the implementation of all systems and process standards.
5. 负责班组人员的具体培训工作；
Responsible for the specific training of team members.
6. 确保现场数据、交接班等相关记录完整性及准确性；
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of shopfloor data, shift records, etc.
7. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
Complete other tasks arranged by superiors.

岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 中专以上学历；
Qualification above technical secondary school education.
2. 具备基础的生产管理理论知识；
Basic knowledge of production management theory.
3. 从事生产管理3年以上经验；
3+ years' experience in production management.
4. 了解基础的改善工具及方法；
Understand the basic improvement tools and methods.
5. 了解ISO9001、14000等相关标准；
Understand ISO9001, 14000 and other related standards.
6. 执行力强、身体健康、富有责任心等。
Executive ability, good health and with high sense of responsibility.
