As the COSP, you will be based at Xian. And you will report to optima manager directly. you will provide support, undertake pre-sales or post-sales technical support including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance service to customers. Main Responsibilities: (主要职责) 1、Provide on line technical service based on customer’s needs. (根据客户需求提供在线技术服务。) 2、Monitor process parameters to keep the substrate preparation, coating process stabilization and within specification. Manage material consume of per unit。 (监控工艺参数,以保持基材制备、涂层工艺稳定并在规范范围内。管理单位材料消耗。) 3、Of important importance is the training of customer personnel to operate their processes with the minimal intervention by PPG. (培训客户人员在PPG的最小干预下操作其流程。) 4、Working with engineering firms to review customer line design and give recommendations based on PPG design considerations. (与工程公司合作,审查客户线路设计,并根据PPG设计考虑提出建议。) 5、Troubleshoot problems at customer locations and work with labs to resolve product and process issues. (解决客户所在地的问题,并与实验室合作解决产品和流程问题。) 6、Improve PPG’s reputation and improve our sales on current account. (提高PPG的声誉,提高我们的经常账户销售额。)
Qualifications: (任职资格): 1、3+ years' experience in coating/chemical R&D, Technical or production role. (3年以上涂料/化学研发、技术或生产经验。) 2、Bachelor's degree, major in chemical or equivalent. (学士学位,化学或同等专业。) 3、Very good command of English. (英语流利者为佳。)
