工作目标 Objectives:
1. 保障设备的正常运行，及时完成上级安排的各项临时工作任务。
Ensure the normal operation of the equipment and complete the temporary tasks arranged by the superior.
工作任务 Tasks:
2. 负责厂内所有设备的维修保养，并做好记录；
Responsible for maintenance and reparation for all machines and equipment, and record it in time;
3. 协助工程师或供应商，对新增加的设备及产品线，进行安装调试；
Responsible for maintenance facility of the factory and warehouse. Organize installation and commission of new equipment and production line with engineers and suppliers;
4. 对设备故障进行分析，并记录下原因和改正措施，供其它维修工参考。
Make routine report about equipment issues and corrective actions to keep a record for trouble shooting in future.
岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 在制造行业，有至少3年的设备维修行业工作经验；
At least 3 years working experience in maintenance and reparation of machines and equipment in manufacturing plant;
2. 能独立的维修能力，熟悉绕线机、注塑机或液压系统的优先；
Can work independently, familiar with winding machine and hydromantic system will be prefer;
3. 有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，好学；
Good team spirit and communicate skill. Willing to learn;
4. 简单的工装模具的设计制作，有机加工能力。
Able to design and make simple tools and fixture and able to operate lathe and milling machine.
