工作目标 Objectives:
1. 建立并维持工艺管理系统，设立并有效使用各类管理技术手段监督工艺体系的运行，对公司其他部门的工作提
供有效的支持。
Set up and maintain a process control system. Set up process monitor system by using different management tools. Provide support
to other department when required.
工作任务 Tasks:
1. 产线转移
Line transfer
2. 在系统中维护工艺文件
Create and maintain process documentation in system
3. 建立工时标准并且评估人力需求
Set up of standard working time system and assess the requirements of manpower
4. 持续改进以提高产能，减少生产成本
Drive the CIP process towards to increasing productivity and to reducing production variable cost
5. 计划并且实施生产工人的培训
Plan and implement of training programs for employees
6. 设计产线，优化生产物流
Design the plant layout, optimize production material flow
7. 与质量，设备和技术部门配合，诊断质量问题
Be responsible for the trouble shooting with the support of Quality Dep., Maintenance dep. and Technique dep
8. 评估工艺和设备要求
Evaluates process and equipment requirements and prepares recommendations accordingly
9. 编制和更新作业指导书，产品工艺流程图的设计和优化
Write WI, process flow chart and optimization
10. FMEA/CP的制作
Design FMEA /CP
岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 三年以上相关工作经验，本科以上学历，机械，电气或相关专业
Bachelor degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics, Instrument, equivalent, with at least 3year’s relevant experience
2. 熟悉质量体系（ISO9000），熟悉PFMEA 和 SPC
Intensive Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9000), intensive experience in PFMEA and SPC
3. 熟悉精益生产
Intensive knowledge in Lean manufacture
4. 熟悉生产管理
Familiar with production management
5. 主动性强，善于沟通和合作
High sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills
