主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
? Must fulfil these missions in the respect of the company regulations participates to the control of the company taxation; 按照公司及国家法规的相关管理规定, 参与控制到税务相关各项操作
? Assistant financial manager internal control 协助财务经理进行内部控制
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
?Participant in manage tax report, tax-declaration, invoice, and expense reimbursement; 协助参与税务报表，报税、开票、费用报销的管理
?Participant in fixed assets management; 参与固定资产的周期盘点、标签粘贴；
?Contract management and renew; 合同日常管理及时续签提醒
?Document management; 文档管理
?Department meeting minutes, activities, training record collecting and I.I.I management部门会议、活动的安排，培训记录、合理化建议的收集等部门事务；
?Complete other task assigned by manager. 完成上级交代的其他任务
资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
?教育背景/Education: 会计学、财务管理（或同等）专业学士学位；Majored in Finance, Bachelor or above
?经验/ Experience: 1年以内工作经验, Maximum 1 years working experience; better in industrial or moto motive related company
?技术和能力/ Skills and competencies:
1.良好的财务知识
2.基本财务分析能力
3.良好的沟通技巧及团队合作能力
4.能够在矩阵式组织结构和高压下工作
5.良好的英语读写技能CET 4级以上；
6.有外资或外企合资实习经验者佳。
