Job responsibilities: - Define effective procedures within the quality system to ensure the product quality of the production process. Ensure product quality through appropriate control and improvement - Be responsible for handling customer complaints, collaborate with relevant departments to analyze the quality issues in customer complaints, identify the root causes, and reply to customers - Conduct review and analysis of customer returned products, and track the closure of the cases. Collect customer complaint information, summarize the complaint list, and track customer complaints. Ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive measures - Participate in handling quality issues of the on-site production line and products, and provide relevant information such as the requirements of the customer's production line, product quality, and technical specifications - Visit customers regularly to understand their product requirements and dynamics. Participate in customer audits and provide necessary technical support and relevant information - Participate in on-site QRQC team activities to help improve the product quality of the production line. Communicate quality information in a timely manner and provide relevant reports
