工作目标 Objectives:
负责设备及工装的设计工作并保证准时完成
Design tooling/equipment completed and make sure them ready on time

工作任务 Tasks:
根据产品工艺需求，完成生产所需设备及工装的机械设计工作。
Complete mechanical design of equipment and tooling/fixture according to product process requirements
收集项目信息、制定设计方案、组织方案评审并跟踪后续装配工作。
Collect project information, make design solution and organize design review and follow up assembly work
工作范围包含电机及风机装配所有环节，如：压装、绕线、电阻焊、浸漆等工艺等等
The scope of work includes all parts of motor and fan assembly, such as press assembly, wire winding, resistance welding, impregnation and other processes。
负责联系相关项目供应商，跟踪项目进度，及时分享相关信息
Responsible for contacting suppliers to follow up project status and make sure project information is shared timely
负责设备、工装、夹具的编码系统维护
Responsible for equipment, tooling and fixture coding system maintenance.
负责翻译相关技术资料，并生成相关的技术文档
Responsible for machine and equipment technical document translation and creation.

岗位要求 Requirements:
机械设计相关专业本科及以上，两年以上工作经验。
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design, at least 2 years working experience.
熟练使用CREO、2D设计软件。
Familiar with CREO and 2D design software.
熟悉机械加工工艺流程
Familiar with machining process
***有电气应用经验
Electrical component application experience is preferred
良好的交流与协作技巧与动手能力
Good communication and collaboration skills and hands- on skills
熟练使用办公软件
Familiar Microsoft office
流利的英语沟通能力。
Fluent English communication skills.
