工作目标 Objectives:
1. 建立依必安派特(中国)产品绝缘工艺开发的标准以及相关的程序.
Standardize epCN Isolation Process development and management procedure document;


工作任务 Tasks:
1. 参照总部标准及要求建立公司有关绝缘工艺开发的标准以及相关的程序文件。
Build epCN isolation process development system/standard and management procedure document according to epM standard and requirement.
2. 按公司国产化和新项目的要求，负责组织新产品绝缘工艺评审和文件编制，编写生产设施和装备技术要求, 参与工装设备设计并负责工装设备的验收。
Responsible for leading new product isolation process analysis and creating document according to localization and design in project requirement, and creating machine/equipment SPEC, take part in the machine/fixture design and acceptance checking.
3. 组织新绝缘工艺开发和工艺导入，参与设备供应商的评审。
Responsible for new isolation process development and introduction, join the new machine supplier development and evaluation.
4. 改进现有的绝缘工艺，例如，滴漆，固化，定子注塑/挤塑，PCBA封装等.
Improve current assembly process, e.g. impregnation, hardening, stator injection/recasting, PCBA coating, etc,.
5. 积极参与绝缘工艺相关的客户投诉和故障解决
Attend isolation related customer complain and trouble shooting actively.
6. 对公司其他部门的工作提供有效的支持.
Provide support to other department when required.
7. 完成上级交代的其他任务
Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor

岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 材料科学与工程，电气工程及其自动化相关专业本科或以上，绝缘方向为佳，至少两年以上工作经验。
College degree or above major in material science and engineering, electrical engineering and automation or equivalent, isolation direction is preferred, with at least 2 year’s relevant experience.
2. 熟悉电机及风机绝缘工艺。
Familiar with motor or fan isolation process.
3. 具备工艺开发、设备开发和项目管理方面的经验。
Experience with process development, machine building and project management is must.
4. 具有强烈的责任感和工作主动性。
Solid sense of responsibility and self-motivated.
5. 良好的交流和协作技巧。
Good communication and coordination skills.
6. 流利的英语交流能力（书面和口语）。
Fluent in English communication (both written & oral).
7. 熟练使用Microsoft办公软件。
Skilled in MS office software.
