Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for recruitment of supervisor and below position, including conduct CV screening, initial phone interview. Sources, qualifies and presents candidates to recruiters 2. Work with HRIS & TA team to manage employment processes, e.g. on/off-boarding, organization and people changes etc. 3. Support manager to develop and maintain talent plan, by forecasting, planning and building talent pipeline in line with the function/business strategy 4. Support to Dive deep to turnover forecast, analysis. Continuous efforts to improve employee engagement and business moral. 5. Support employee communication. Settle employee enquires, coordinate with COE and HRIS. Organize regular employee meetings 6. Monthly report/tracker/analysis on key KPIs with plants. 7.Monthly payroll support: incentive calculation etc.
