In charge of the overall management of EHS related working of plant. Support and stimulate good EHS performance by providing, maintaining a framework of procedures, processes and training within the guidelines of PepsiCo and local governmental requirements.
Main Responsibilities: 1.Follow and comply with PepsiCo OHS Policy, guidelines and standard; 2.Implement and maintain plant EHS guidelines, program and process ; 3.Conduct EHS performance measurement, Incident investigate ,root cause analysis and reporting ; 4.Identifies the plant hazards and risks, advice impact and lead the improvement programs; 5.Co-ordinate safety, health and environmental activities and ensure to meet PepsiCo requirements, local regulation; 6.Conduct EHS inspection and audits based on PepsiCo EHS Standard; 7.Assist line managers with any EHS issue; 8.Stop any unsafe behavior, coach and train employees & contractors; 9.Respond to internal and external EHS enquiries, complaints and application-related issues; 10.Focus to key control point of EHS, such as LOTO, machine guard, fire control, permit to work, contractor management and so on; 11.Monitor all contaminant/waste treatment and recycling.
Key Capabilities: 1. Education: ①Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Safety, Chemistry, engineering or related field ②Safety management qualification 2. Experience: ①At least 5 years of proven experience as EHS role in a FMCG/ Food industry plants ②At least 3 years management-level experience 3. Key Job Skills: ①Advanced knowledge of legal requirements and best practices regarding safety, health and environment ②Ability to work with different people and exert good organization impact confidence ③Good interpersonal skills and communication with relevant authorities and other 3rd part. ④Fluency English skill in reading and writing ⑤Excellent Leadership Skills and good PC Operation ⑥Possess high personal integrity and standards ⑦Be able to work under high pressure
