Job Description 1. Quick and accurate respond customer’s technical queries or issues. 2. Prepare and arrange jobs efficiently to complete site service on time. Job Responsibilities 1. Travels frequently to render service on FSG product and systems at customer' site. 2. Perform the service at customer's site effectively. Prepare and submit field service report and time sheet for customer's approval. 3. The service scope includes Master meter, Magnetic meter, Vortex meter & metering system etc. troubleshooting, upgrade, start-up & commissioning, maintenance and other application. 4. Support customer on site metering system operation/maintenance training. 5. Response to customer's technical queries or issues. Follow up and close the call timely. 6. Support Install Based sales team for any technical queries. 7. Handle the products warranty notice issues and communicate with customers timely. 8. Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager. Basic Qualifications 1. Diploma in Instrumentation / Process Control / New energy chemical Engineering / Oil & Gas Engineering. 2. At least 2 years’ experience in Process Control or Instrumentation environment in oil & gas industry/ New energy chemical industry etc. 3. Fluent reading & writing skills in both English and Chinese. 4. Occupational Health and safety acumen. Preferred Qualifications 1. Willing to take domestic and oversea travel, even at short notice for emergency services. 2. High degree of initiative and good communication skills. 3. Understand Natural Gas & Oil and New energy chemical industry flow measurement knowledge and automation would be an advantage.
