-Job Description
To be involved in setting up new equipment and test 参与新设备的安装调试
Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting完成设备的保养工作和故障处理
Maintain production line daily yield and Utilization维护产线日常工艺良率和利用率
Handle product quality abnormal and clear the machine alarm处理产品品质异常和设备报警
Equipment and work area 6S maintain维持设备和工作区域的6S
Able to apply basic data Analysis skills for workstation具备基本的的数据分析能力
Draft Passdown/OPL after trouble shooting done 撰写异常处理的交接/学习报告
Analyze the schedule down / unscheduled down and Availability data分析基本的计划停机率/非计划停机率和使用率数据
Submit the MIP to improve the equipment performance, quality, cost, safety提出提升设备的效率，质量，成本，安全的改善方案
Follow up supervisor’s assignment work完成主管分配的工作
Assist the engineer to complete the equipment improvement action协助工程师完成设备改进动作


Job requirements:
职位要求：

Junior collage degree or above.
大专及以上学历；
Able to work under pressure;
能够承担一定的工作压力；
Working hours are 12 hours shift with bimonthly rotation for day and night；
适应12小时倒班，每2个月换一次早晚班；
Master basic computer operation and basic English communication;
掌握基本的计算机操作，基本英语交流；
Honest, responsible, good communication skills;
诚实，有责任心，良好的沟通能力；
Careful, hardworking, enthusiastic and proactive;
工作认真细致，吃苦耐劳，对工作热情，工作积极主动；
Good team work spirit, with the character of dedication and love.
