Job Description As Process Integration Engineer in MXA PIE team, you will be in charge on overall yield improvement for all assembly & test Process related failures across Assembly, Component Test, and Module process. You will be responsible to working with multiple engineering teams to drive continuous yield improvement with aggressive timelines. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and improve business processes with clear and agreed-upon business rules Drive yield and SBL improvement with Quality mindset Develop process improvement strategies that is clear and concise and identifies what success looks like Lead and collaborate with various engineering groups in Central and Manufacturing Site teams to optimize current processes and align the whole assembly network to improve manufacturability, yield, quality and cost performance of products Maintain a strong and open relationship with peer group and managers in other functional areas within and outside MTB. Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner. Present to on project updates and new initiative proposals. Communicate issues which impact Backend in a timely manner and help drive to fix the issue where necessary. Derive construction specifications based on correlating assembly yield and inline AOST/ SBL metrics based on unit processes Execute and analyzing baseline and inline issue necessary to meet engineering specifications Solve problems with a model-based approach and drive technical innovation through process improvements QDR and mtSBL Abnormal analysis and improvement Requirements: Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills In depth of knowledge in assembly and electrical characterization methods Proficient in data analysis through JMP or other data engineering software Passionate in learning, growth, and development.
