61 Define and deploy the the project planning, the project communication plan
61 Define and deploy specific objectives of each function contributing to the project, including budget guidelines
61 Manage the project planning execution and updates. Define and manage the project critical path, implement appropriate action plans.
61 Identify and manage the project risks, implement appropriate transversal action plans.
61 Lead internal project reviews and milestones reviews in respect of the Group Project Management Charter.
