地面服务助理 Guest Service Assistant Key Role Accountabilities: 1. Report to GSO level above or Station Manager if necessary. 向GSO 以上汇报, 包括航站经理(如果必要) 2. Supervise and perform the nominated ground handler passenger movement process:Pre-check-in、Check-in、Baggage reconciliation、Departure gate process、Boarding、Flight closing、Reporting. 监控和执行乘客值机全过程,包括行李超重处理,托运行李的检查,航班关闭服务,报表, Supervise & monitor ramp operations:ARR and DEP ramp movement、Cargo、Engineering、Fuelling、Cleaning、BAH/DPR/OHD 监控机坪操作流程 ,包括动向监测,货物监管,机务监管,油料监管、机场清洁,不正常行李处理、重量分配等 Ensure above all ground handling activities strictly comply our SOP and meet the requirements. 确保以上地面代理提供的各项服务符合公司的运行程序和要求。 3. Supervise & perform post-flight operations:Banking、Daily service report、Monitor routine operation and administration 监督和执行航班的后续工作,包括银行入账,日常服务报表 4. Ensure no safety issue during operations and on time performance at station. 确保安全运行及航站的航班准点 5. Provide timely and accurate monthly station report 根据公司的要求,提供准时有效的报告。 6. Assist station manager to achieve daily and monthly task 协助航站经理完成部门既定的目标 7. Complete other job assigned by GSO level above including station Manager. 按时完成GSO及以上管理人员布置的其它工作 Requirements: 1. College degree or above 大专以上学历 2. Microsoft (word/excel/power point etc) or Google will be a plus 熟悉Office,通Google办公软件更佳。 3. Able to work under shift 适应轮班 4. Good English speaking, writing and listening 良好的英语说写听能力 5. Foreign airlines operation experience will be a plus 有航空工作经验优先 6. Good interpersonal and Team work spirit. Obey management & work assignment 良好的交往能力和团队合作精神,服从管理和工作分配。 7. Good communication skills and learning ability 良好的沟通技巧和学习能力 8. Be able to work under pressure and long hours 抗压能力强,吃苦耐劳 9.
