Accountabilities & Measurements 1.Daily use and maintenance of meeting room and office. 2. Purchase and distribution of office supplies of each department, and keep the requisition records. 3. Be responsible for the follow-up of AOP of administrative expenses; Purchase within smart spending requirements. 4. GPM compliance & timely inspection. 5. Manage third party contracts and daily affairs. 6. Assist HR department in the administrative cooperation of corporate culture publicity. 7. No major complaints about OHS, healthy living, anual meeting and other employee activities.
