Duties and responsibilities: 1. A whole year business plan has to be submitted to the superior and approved by Regional sales management during the regional budget process. This business plan which can be part of the regional overall budget presentation has to state a firm sales commitment and a conclusive explanation how the targets can be achieved. 在制定区域指标的过程中,向上级和区域销售管理层提交完整的销售商业计划,销售计划是区域整体计划的一部分,必须包含完整的销售指标承诺和如何完整指标的方法。
2. during the course of the business year, the Area sales manager has to monthly review the business statement and to make the regional sales aware of any potential negative deviations. Such reports require the detailed written explanation of the scale of the deviations, the reason for the deviation and the proposal of the advisable corrective actions. 在整个业务年度中,区域销售经理必须每月回顾业务报表,并让区域销售人员意识到任何潜在的负面偏差,对偏差的大小、原因、建议及改善措施进行详细的书面解释。
3. Manage the sales activity of subordinates, ensure visit frequency, input and update the CRM opportunity status in time. 管理下属的销售活动,确保销售的拜访频率,及时输入并更新CRM机会状态。
4. the systematic search for new customers, as well as the maintaining & developing the existing customers, will be the key focus during the business year. 在区域内密切关注新客户的开发和老客户的维护发展。
5. the correct distributors have to be identified and adequate terms have to be negotiated. The company’s obligations towards the distributor have to be managed, in line with the distributor agreement. 对经销商按照经销商协议进行管理,确保其业务的发展,并符合公司规范和政策。
6. recruitment of subordinates has to be done together with the superior and regional sales management. Managerial guidance during the daily work has to be provided. 11. the Area sales manager has to ensure that all active potential projects are well followed up and documented in writing, showing the detailed project description, what the potential is in value, which Rittal products are involved and what the forecast is for the current business year. 14. the Area sales manager has to ensure that his product, application and market knowledge should be always updated according to the latest market status and product info provided by the company. 区域销售经理必须根据公司提供的最新市场状况和产品信息,及时更新产品、应用和市场知识。
Qualifications: 1. education background: above university graduated majoring in mechanical or electrical or automation or business administration. 教育背景: 大学本科以上学历,机械、电气、自动化或工商管理专业。
2. working experience: more than 5 years industry sales experience, including 2 years in sales management. Experience in international company is preferable. 工作经验: 5年以上行业销售经验,其中2年以上销售管理经验。 有跨国公司工作经验者优先。
3. language and computer skills: fluent in both oral and written English, good presentation skill. 语言及计算机技能: 流利的英语口语和书写能力,良好的表达能力。
