Responsibilities: Develop and win new business via design-in (spec-in) by providing for application engineering support; Develop and provide technical training and services to both internal and external customers; Lead and define technical/test content of NPD project with PM; Identify and help define new offerings to meet new demands from collecting VOC (Voice of Customers), defining CCR (Critical Customer Requirements) to NPI (New Product Introduction) where he/she is to act as interface and catalyst between customers, sales and R&D team; Penetrate new applications and/or new customer base to grow sales via technical marketing and sales; Join customer visits with sales team on routine basis; Closely involve and support new product introduction projects; Survey and analyze technology trend and competitive intelligence and provide initiatives and inputs for new product development; Prepare marketing collaterals like sales kits, application notes, etc.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related background 5 years experience in product marketing / technical support / design of Electrical Equipment and/or Components; practical experience in fuse protection development and/or support is a plus Sound knowledge and deep insight into application of power conversion including Drives, UPS, Wind Mill, Rectifiers, Tractions, IGBT and so on. Effective in verbal and fluent in written English Computer skills: MS Office, Excel, PPT Analytical and presentation skills Self-motivated, energetic, hard working, teamwork and interpersonal skills Accept Frequent business trip
