JOB STATEMENT To achieve Metso China regional sales target for aftermarket business in China
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in addition job statement) Planning 计划 - Make a yearly sales plan for territory align with China aftermarket sales strategy 按照中国区后市场战略制定区域年度销售方案 - Follow up all customers in your responsible area, and develop stable relationship with customers 跟进所负责区域的客户并发展稳定的客户关系 - Submit customer visit and potential customer development plan for each month 每月提交制定客户拜访及潜在客户开发计划 - Manage 3rd party development plan in responsible area 制定区域内第三方的发展计划
Sales 销售 - Find all potential customers and ensure key customer relationship are managed, developed secure health sales channels。 负责区域的潜在客户开发,关键客户的管理并维护销售渠道。 - Prepare the proposal for customers with help of sales support team if necessary and negotiate with customers,and sign the contract 在销售支持团队的配合下,给客户提产品方案及并与客户进行项目谈判,最终签订合同 - Update and submit sales report and competitors’ activities report of the region with monthly basis 更新每月销售报告及竞争对手行动报告 - Keep learning and familiar with Metso aftermarket products on aftermarket business 持续学习并熟悉美卓关于后市场的相关产品 - Work closely with service & contract administration departments and make sure product delivery and operation meet customers’ requirements, and implement the contract successfully together. 与合同执行及服务部门保持紧密联系,确保产品的交货和维护符合客户的要求, 成功履行合同 - Weekly update on the Salesforce 每周更新Salesforce数据 - Meet annual sales target 完成年销售目标 - Manage 3rd party sales align with territory sales target 管理好第三方使其促进区域内后市场产品的销售
Market Development 市场开发 - Develop new opportunities in your responsible area, keep a good relationship with the customers 在所负责区域内持续开发新的销售机会, 保持与所有客户的良好关系 - Arrange high level contacts for Metso China management with key potential customers 安排重点潜在客户与美卓中国区管理层的联系 - Update current market information on aftermarket business 更新后市场业务相关市场信息 - Develop marketing activity for aftermarket business in conjunction with Metso China marketing team 与美卓中国区市场团队一起组织开发区域市场活动 - Support new products' market research and promotion 支持新产品的市场调查和推广 - Manage 3rd party, using its ability and resource to enlarge and develop aftermarket sales 管理区域内的第三方,借助其能力及资源扩大和开发后市场产品的销售
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Mechanical degree or minerals processing degree with International Trade background preferred 机械工程或矿物加工专业,并具有国际贸易背景优先 - Solid Metso product knowledge 熟悉美卓产品 - Good selling skill, initiative, good communication and negotiation skill 良好的销售技巧,积极主动,善于沟通及良好的谈判技巧 - Teamwork player 团队合作 - Good command of Windows , office software, Sales Force software and etc 熟练掌握Windows,office等软件 - Capability of learning quickly, especially on process and mechanical 在机械和工艺加工专业方面快速的学习能力 - Good presentation skill 良好的报告演示技巧 - Able to frequently travel 能适应频繁出差 - Preferred good command of verbal and written English 熟练掌握英语口语和写作者优先
