主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
61 与HSE经理一同，须按照国家法律，保证遵循并执行工厂HSE政策; As part of national legislation, guarantee the observance and the application of the Faurecia’s HSE Policy in the site;
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
61 确保公司环境管理体系及职业健康安全管理体系的有效运行，制定完善各种规章制度; Assure Implementation of the sites’ HSE Policy and Occupational Health Policy;
61 组织制定各岗位安全操作规程，危险源的辨识及风险评估; Organize HSE reviews and define Safe Operation Procedure, hazard assessment and risk evaluation;
61 组织对安全事故，险发事故，安全隐患的现场调查，原因查找及改进计划的实施;Organize and participate in the accident/incident analysis of the causes of the accident/incident. Participate in the development of prevention plans for all works that involve risks;
61 执行推广佛吉亚HSE相关政策体系; Ensure the applicability of HSE tools and methods;
61 组织体系和HSE相关的内外部审核，并推动管理评审的进行; Coordinate relevant internal and external inspection, ensure the compliance with HSE Regulations;
61 组织开展培训和各类宣传活动，营造安全氛围，提高员工整体安全、环境意识和技能;Provide and/or assure all necessary HSE trainings, participate in the Faurecia HSE network, to ensure safe working environment and enhance safety and environment awareness;
61 参与新设备、新工艺、新布局的安全审核和验收，并跟踪至相关问题关闭; Participate in the new projects HSE reviews: equipment, process, layout. Make sure that there is a follow up of this action plan on a periodical and implement the measures;
61 对公司化学品进行安全管理，对各类职业危害因素进行监控，确保其符合相关的法律法规要求;Take care about chemicals management, monitor occupational hazards, to ensure are in accordance with regulations;
61 负责公司内部消防管理事务，对公司的消防系统、消防器材进行维护保养，每年开展紧急疏散演习;Take care about fire prevention, maintain firefighting equipment. Organize annual emergency evacuation drill.
61 负责劳保用品、安保人员及设施管理 / 调查和报告工伤事故;Take care about Personal Protective Equipment(PPEs) adapted to the risks assessed/ Investigate and report industrial injury;
61 承担公司相关BOS文件以及IATF16949/ ISO45001/ISO14001标准要求的管理责任，确保BOS文件的有效运行，在部门内完善BOS文件中的相关程序及其应用;ensure standards demanded by BOS documentation, IATF 16949/ ISO45001/ISO14001
61 协助工艺推进Ergo评估及改善，降低工厂劳动强度
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
o 教育背景/Education: 本科学历以上；理工科专业、安全工程专业优先;Bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialization in Health, Safety& Environment;
o 经验/ Experience: 有3年及以上外资或制造业行业HSE相关工作经验Minimum 3 years experience in HSE in an industrial environment
