Work Responsibility: 1. Formulate logistics strategic plans, build good customer relationships, communicate sales order plan, and provide a basis for the company's supply chain decision-making. 2. Comprehensively coordinate the formulation of production material procurement plans and production plans to ensure close connection of all supply chain links, balance the supply and demand, and ensure the smooth operation of production. 3. Supervise the material supply of suppliers and the delivery of finished products, establish an efficient supply chain management system, optimize processes, address delivery risks, and ensure on-time delivery. 4. Manage logistics resources such as vehicles, supervise the rationality of packaging design, and reduce the total logistics cost. 5. Take the lead in inventory management, formulate inventory strategies, optimize the inventory structure by combining factors such as customer demand and production cycles, determine the safety stock, and improve the inventory turnover rate. 6. Reasonably plan the warehouse space, be responsible for the 5S and visual management of the warehouse, ensure the efficient use of the warehouse, and implement material storage measures. 7. Lead the logistics department, clarify the division of responsibilities; formulate key performance indicators for the department, set goals and conduct performance evaluations for department personnel; improve the professional capabilities and execution of the team, and promote efficient collaboration within the department. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Competence:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to logistics management, business administration, supply chain management, etc.; with more than 5 years of work experience in logistics management and more than 3 years of team management experience. Those with experience in customer interface and logistics management in the automotive industry is a must. 2. Customer-oriented, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple departments; having strong problem-solving skills and being able to quickly handle unexpected logistics issues; possessing strong stress resistance and being able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment. 3. Familiar with the ERP system and proficient in data analysis software such as Excel. 4. Proficient in knowledge related to supply chain management, enterprise operation management, etc.; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
