1. Responsible for injection molding molds, including repair and maintenance, assembly and disassembly of moulds.
负责注塑模具日常维修及保养，以及拆装模具；
2. Record the maintenance and repair the data.
维护和生产设备的记录。
3. Is able to do machining on milling, grinding, revolving table, etc. And also able to do small hand repair, like polishing, etc.
会操作磨床，铣床，钻床等机加工设备。会一些基本的手工加工，例如抛光等。
4. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
主管其他安排的事务
5. Communicate with mould suppliers, regarding repair and maintenance
就维修和维护与模具供应商协调沟通.
6. Analyze and solve mould related problems
分析及处理模具相关问题.
7. Assist process engineer on trials
协助工艺工程师
8. Manager spare parts for moulds
负责其它零部件的管理
9. Able to read and understand mould drawings and CAD models.
能够看懂模具图纸及一般的CAD图纸

- Fachkenntnis (Expertise):

1. Technical college or above
技校/中专或以上
2. Familiar with plastics injection molding molds and related equipment.
熟悉注塑模具及相关设备
3. English, reading, writing and understanding is plus
具有一定的读.写和理解英文技能,
4. Skilled in technical (mould) drawing reading
熟练阅读技术(模具)制图

- Berufserfahrung (Professional Experience):

1. More than 5 years in plastics mould maintenance area .
>5年维护设备经验。

2. Experiences in multi-national company is plus

3. Experienced with hot runner systems for maintain, assembly and disassembly
有维护、拆装热流道系统的经验
