Essential responsibilities and duties 岗位职责：
For workshop equipment maintenance, maintenance, equipment modification, equipment import, such as to provide technical support, realize the equipment of whole life cycle management, to ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment, provide guarantee for production为车间设备的维修、维护保养、设备改造、设备导入等提供技术支持，实现设备的全寿命周期管理，确保设备安全稳定运行，为生产提供保障。
The main missions of the role are主要工作职责：
o Participate in new equipment before the import inspection and feasibility analysis参与新设备导入前的考察与可行性分析。
o Participate in the outsourcing equipment, homemade equipment, technical scheme of transformation equipment, etc 参与外购设备、自制设备、改造设备等技术方案的编制。
o Responsible for new equipment to the factory after the installation, debugging, acceptance and the preparation of documents负责新设备到厂后的安装调试、验收及文件的编制。
o Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the equipment parameter负责设备台账的建立与维护。
o Responsible for equipment maintenance instructions, and solve the technical problems in the process of equipment maintenance负责设备维修指导，解决设备维修过程中的技术难题。
o Participate in equipment changes (sealed, enable, the transformation, the callout, migration, etc.), scrap equipment evaluation参与设备变更（封存、启用、改造、调出、迁移等）、设备报废的评估。
o Equipment annual maintenance plan, equipment overhaul plan, equipment maintenance plan设备年度维护保养计划、设备大修计划、设备检修计划。
o Check the equipment safety operation, check, repair, maintenance, supervise the problems timely feedback and rectification检查设备安全操作、点检、维修、保养执行情况，对存在的问题及时进行反馈并进行监督整改。
o Responsible for the development of equipment accessories, non-standard parts to the drawing负责设备配件的开发、非标配件的图纸绘制。
o Responsible for internal and external audit required should be careful material preparation and finish should be careful负责工厂内外部审核所需应审资料的准备并完成应审。
o Responsible for equipment management indicators, comprehensive analysis, put forward the improvement measures and supervise the implementation负责对设备管理指标进行综合分析，提出改善措施并监督实施。
o Responsible for equipment maintenance personnel training, equipment maintenance, technical training负责设备维护人员的培养、设备维修技术培训。
